Use Quip Closed Sat 14 Nov 2015 1:07AM
I work remotely and at work we use a software called QUIP to communicate with the whole team, allows us to edit documents and share documents together, create task lists and give opinions.
I believe that Quip together with a discussion software can be a great solution.

Thanks @marcoblumendorf
Agree with all the tools you suggested, I use them for my business including slimwiki. :)
I have been working on a website, I would like to speed things a bit.
have a look

The forum does not look that great, but is very simple to use and is something people are used to.
The website will allow us to have permanent links, like links to Google docs.

@tiagopita : Looks interesting.
There are two schools of thought on this I guess:
a) use one tool that gives you a single point of truth and has it all
b) use the best tool you can get for each job
QUIP might be a good a)- approach, although I don't know it.
Regarding the b)-approach, I have been using the following set of tool, which works nicely, but you'll have to create instructions and a landing page that refers to all of them for new members.
Check https://github.com/cjbarber/ToolsOfTheTrade for a good list, but with a tech startup focus.
