TGP Reviewed policy
Hi Board, the SPC is going to support one of our TGP winners by covering eventual extra costs for him and in order to do so has requested us to send them the entire grant sum ($2500 NZD) directly and in advance. This is contrary to the previously approved TGP policy so we have added a clause to address this and not making it an exception. Can you please all review it (point 4 of document) and comment or approve? Need to be done asap, if possible.

This is a complex risk balancing exercise that is also time expensive. Thanks Eli for looking at the bigger picture. As you have commented, an organisation or type may be required to be further defined as time goes on.
