Volunteer shifts with kids

As it's a bit unpredictable with kids, how should they sign up for volunteer shifts? I would propose that 2 adults would share 1 shift, realistically that's what you get done with 4-6 year olds.

Kinderkiez is very very full now, we will only take new people if we have a drop out.
