Platform Business Sprint | Leveraging Ecosystems to create unprecedented outcomes Closed Thu 30 Aug 2018 4:02PM

Platform Business Sprint is a 6 hours, hands on session designed to help (network) organizations and teams quickly understand how Platform Design Thinking can provide a new lens, new tools and radically new perspectives in business and organizational development.

During the Session participants will learn by experimenting, using a small subset of the tools composing the Platform Design Toolkit framework to explore right away the potential if applied to their own strategic needs and contexts of work:
- what does the platform model mean for my organization?
- how can platform thinking impact the industries and the contexts I’m working with?
- who in the organization should learn how to leverage on such an approach?
- what are the implications for our organization at larger scale?

These are just some of the questions that normally get - at least partially and preliminary - answered by a Platform Business 101.

I think this would be very interesting in a bigger event, not in a one day event, and maybe not for 6 hours. This type of events work better if sessions are shorter and people can attend a few of them, get a first impression of a new technology...

@rodrigoseoane2 Can you propose a Shorter Track of 30/45 min? Like an Introduction only?
