Walking every day is the easist way to lose weight. Also it makes you relax because Auckland has many beautiful parks and you can see rare flowers, trees animals and birds!

I usually go to ELA on foot about 30 minutes so I lost my weight compared with my weight before I came here.

I think walking is not enough to lose weight. However it is good way to stay healthy.

I love walking to work in the morning..Auckland is so interesting and beautiful especially walking through the parks and near the water... it really clears my head before a day of teaching..
