* Finance - Haven't met yet. New members, Kathe will step in (end 2024), Alex (step in now), Nathan is leaving, Josh will probably stay, Andres will step out (end 2024). Potential for the group to grow and change. Maintenance, hold (no complaints).

* Tech - No member present, met yesterday.

• Our conversation about a profile page/home page that links a member to their respective Mastodon/Loomio/Meet.coop/Open Collective profiles. (needs tech WG collaboration?)=linked to the onboarding process

• We'd like to pay at-large members for their time at CWG meetings (needs finance WG collaboration?)

• We're trying out Zulip on a one month trial basis, to solve issues of discussing between moderators by DM

• Discussions about minimum amount that need finance input (needs finance WG collaboration), asking for a minimum amount (leaving the possibility of giving according to one's means, including $0)

• conversations about how to onboard new members to Social.Coop (not CWG)
