Outcome: we are 3 points more serious than fun in this round, compared to 2 point more fun in the last round, which could be merely due to the audit and other challenges. It’s a great response though & thanks to the 16 people who voted.

·      Recently with audit and lots of tidying up, it's felt more serious. But I love how we often begin and end with laughs and giggles. Looking forward to more fun at the gathering.

Organisational Transparency Outcomes

Thanks to the 19 people who participated (35% of Members)

The results are:

84% of the voters said they were happy with the amount of transparency and 16% had suggestions to increase and/or streamline transparency

These results will be shared with the Bored and NPod to act on and we highly encourage you to keep asking questions

Even though the votes only represented 25% of the Membership, it's good to see that Coaches come out on top. This will be shared at the next Coaches Pod. Thanks to those who voted and gave further information.
