Where else are people spontaneously building CANs?

There is something very moving about the ways that people are currently building citizen action networks to help out the vulnerable during the Coronavirus. In a very natural way, people are going out of their way to overcome the isolation of others. Building trust. Can we capture some of this - tell the story of human agency within it - and help make it the new norm?
