where to put bread deliveries when the co-op is closed
So it seems like the union aren't happy with us leaving bread at the helpdesk so I can either talk to them and try and smooth things out, find an alternative place to leave it or just make some sort of designated time for people to pick up their deliveries - what does everyone think?

Maybe a designated time during term and in the holidays a drop off point at the helpdesk? Whenever I've asked about dropping it off at holidays they always seem happy to do so - maybe its because they're not as busy then

I guess it's up to people who want still the bread during the holidays. I wouldn't take more bread samples for GA until Septermber and for customers, a designated time with one of the them (one that is going to br in Leeds throughout the summer) could be an option because people won't cover more shifts during exams period and I think is not entirely volunteers responsibility to take care of the bread :)

Andrea we don't usually do the samples in the holidays anyway so they'll be stopping on the 3rd June :)

A designated time is a good idea in general (especially during term time), and we could make sure we always covered that shift, but what do we do outside of term time? I can understand that the union is unhappy and it's a lot to ask of them. Maybe we need a clear agreement with the bread coop about when it is feasible for us to be a delivery point and when it's not,
