Show own hovercard

From now on every time you see your own hovercard that's considered as a bug that needs to be fixed.
Currently we have an inconsistency here, in the comments the own hovercard is shown, everywhere else it's not. @steffenvanbergerem implemented both solutions, always show it or do not show it in the comments too. We need to decide which one we want.

I don't really mind either way, but seeing one's own hovercard is unnecessary, so if there's a choice and it's easy to do, I'd say remove it.

Consistency is always nice, but in this case the hovercard of myself would only annoy me.
