I'd like Pair Cider to be something accessible during the day, in a set of time a little larger than a lunch break, 1 to 1 and a half hours, which should be enough time for people to make a start on their chosen pairing, and maybe even decide on some work to take home from it.

I'd start the bidding at a Friday, noon until 1:30pm , but I'd like people to chime in with what works for them, as I'm pretty flexible given I'm self-employed.
