Changing the membership structure for this working group

Change the membership of this subgroup in Loomio to include ONLY the elected members of the Finance Working Group
Ensure that the subgroup's activities are visible (and commentable?) to all Social.coop members for transparency
One motivation of this, among others, is to facilitate the use of the Gateway bot.
Thoughts? @Matthew Cropp is admin of the subgroup.
If there is general agreement, I'll make a proposal to this effect so we have it on record.

I think we need a bit more clarity reflected in Loomio about who is and isn't in the working group.

One question I have about this approach: Would non-members still be able to add comments if they are not members? It might be problematic if they can't.
