Please note, that the RAP has been conditionally endorsed based on the understanding that the exact content will be reflected in your official version.

Next steps

Now that your RAP has been conditionally endorsed, you can prepare the designed version to attain formal endorsement. Please find attached:

• The Reflect RAP logo

• Icons for Relationships, Respect, Opportunities and Governance sections (optional)

• RAP Brand Guide

• A statement from Karen Mundine, Reconciliation Australia’s CEO

• Karen’s photo can be accessed here

When preparing final RAP for formal endorsement, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Ensure that the RAP logo provided is included on the front page of your RAP

2. Refer to the RAP Brand Guide to ensure the logo is incorporated correctly

3. If using Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander artwork or imagery in your RAP, please acknowledge the artist and the story behind the artwork

4. Ensure permissions are sought from photographers and individuals depicted in all photographs

5. When you have completed your final designed RAP, please ensure it is web ready

6. Submit to us for formal endorsement before you launch

Submitting your RAP for formal endorsement

Please submit your final designed RAP through our submissions portal.

NOTE: There is a size limit of 4MB

When you submit your RAP, we will conduct a quick review to ensure that:

• The RAP logo has been positioned correctly on the front cover

• Any remaining feedback has been addressed

• No other changes to the content have been made

Once you receive formal endorsement, your RAP is officially accredited by Reconciliation Australia and your organisation is recognised as a member of the RAP network. The content should not be altered throughout the duration of the RAP, unless approved by Reconciliation Australia.
