Introduction

I'll flesh this out more in time but for now I just wanted to create a place for anyone interested in community wifi to connect with each other.

I thought it might be useful to do a quick survey of the initiatives already underway, and some of the key people, and then we can see whether or not there's a TEZA project here :)
