Feature-Request: Move comment, proposal, poll, etc. from one discussion to a new discussion

Often we want to branch out from one discussion, so that the initial discussion can focus on the topic.

Currently there is no way to select a comment, proposal, poll etc. and move it to a new discussion, you can only move it to an existing discussion.

Please add a new choice when selecting "move" on a comment, to start a completely new discussion, instead of selecting an existing one.
