Loveland SG November meeting

Hello all! I wasn’t sure how to add a message to the meeting poll as I have some pretty mega news that will require discussing at the SG meeting next week!

About 6 weeks ago I applied for a 5k funding pot to get us 2 Poly tunnels, further growing equipment and also secure the next 6 months of pay for the growing project facilitator (Finn!) after the Kickstarter s scheme finishes in March . I was told this week that we have been granted the full amount! Woopdeedooda, covered space here we come!

I've spotted on Cornwall Council's consultation finder , a proposed parking restriction on Love lane as part of a set of TROs.

Think it’s worth discussing the community building. Fran and I met with Alex Murphy this week to discuss a lottery fund we think is viable. We can run through our thinking with everyone at the meeting and get some feedback? Have also spoken to Daisy Parsons about this being something the Library of Things has a common interest in.. should I see if she wants to come along or wait until the steering group has had some input first?
