Loveland SG November meeting

Let's go for this Monday 8th Nov 7pm for the next SG meeting - venue tbc

Suggested agenda items:

• Jobs list for winter/ plans for Saturday volunteer sessions

• Implementing the plan! How to coordinate activities between subgroups.

• Gantt chart of activities planned/ hoped for/ happening in the field over the next 12 months

• Building plans

• Funding - wish list (what we need money for) and potential funding opportunities - there is this funding opportunity https://www.tnlcommunityfund.org.uk/funding/programmes/together-for-our-planet which I think we should go for the deadline is 18 Nov

• Finances/ core costs - how we cover these

Amazing news about the Funding!Well done Toots🙌🙌🙌. In Flowerville, I have adjusted the Flower proposal to somewhat mimic the not for profit commercial growing operation that the food growing is following. I would be happy to head this up, as long as I can take some of my perennial stock with me if I ever leave..

Not sure if anyone will have time to review this before Monday, but I have a rough outline of a proposal and have started the processes of costing out materials that would be required. I would want to start its own thread if approved and get some group input for a crop plan-but just to get a rough idea out to the steering group; please see attached.
