What do people think about changing the name of the group from "PR and H&I has Shut Down" to "Revitalizing PR and H&I"?
While the original name certainly describes the problem, it's not what we are doing.

Setting up a place on WSZF.org in the Resources tab to share PR/H&I material

We need to all start writing this.

Hi Tom, I'd like to use the account I bought the WSZF - even though it's not approved, then we can all have the login and password and login ourselves. I don't want to use the WSZF account. I don't want to rely on others to open a meeting. The WSZF account was donated but comes at a cost of limitations. I will call you today to discuss. Thanks.

👏 I’m OK with using Dean’s account I’m going to try to be there on my phone...

I think the issue of how to use the Zonal Zoom account needs to be discussed by the whole group not just this workgroup and we come to a consensus. It's clear that there are issues that need to be resolved but I don't want to make changes for this meeting without that group conscious.

In talking to Eric at the IT meeting last night, the current account does not allow for the admin to add people to host nor allow a hostpin. We got a discount from the non-profit but because the Zone is not the non-profit, it's not full featured and we need some of those features such as hostpin and adding people to host. So we need to examine the account and perhaps make changes. None of us knew about these limitations when we voted to buy that account.

On the agenda for our next meeting, FOR SURE! I also think that doug can help clarify a few things! I agree that we stick with using what we agreed upon, til the entire body decides what to do next!

Hi Tom, Thanks for talking with me today. After this meeting, I'd like to use the one I bought so we don't have to go through other people in order to do our meeting - and would appreciate a discussion on that. I don't think we need to wait to use that account I bought before the meeting after this one. Our group shouldn't have to rely on others. My fault on the zone zoom account was I didn't ask questions regarding the zone account because I didn't realize there would be these limitations. I guess we live and learn! :) That's my ten cents.

I have no idea under this correctly I really like the work you guys have done so far I haven’t been able to come to the meetings they are completely off my schedule but I’ve been trying the best I can to read stuff as soon as I push the reply button it says me this thing that says you cannot reply to emails which I didn’t think I was aren’t all of these emails I don’t understand how this works threads are not emails I understand that but I hope this when you guys get to see thank you for listening

Our Workgroup/Subgroup name was changed to "Revitalizing PR and H&I". Thanks Tina, for the update.
