Transparency in regard to e-mails sent and received

In order to build more transparent, congruent relationships and take benefit from peer review, I would suggest :
- All e-mails have to be sent through info@breathinggames.net (webmail access will be granted to the core team)
- All e-mails must be written and signed by at least two persons from the core team
- Exception A: e-mails about short terme operations (organizing event, etc) can be signed by one person
- Exception B : e-mails sent to for-profit organizations have to be signed by at least three persons
The signature used would be
FirstName LastName & FirstName LastName & FirstName LastName

Je préfère avoir mon nom qui apparaît quand j'écris un des gens. C'est une question de réseaux et de légitimité quand quelqu'un te recommande. Pour tout le reste je suis d'accord

Je ne déteste pas l'idée d'une adresse info@, a laquelle toute la gang a acces, ca assure le suivi et cest pas mal pour tout ce qui est "mailing" (ca fait "organisme"). Paar contre techniquement, comment écrire un email et alerter une autre personne pour verifier?

I'm not involved enough with the Breathing Games project to vote, but I think this is a valid idea, and will be very interested to learn how it works out in practice. (I'm assuming the proposal will pass.)

Quand ce sont des contacts personnels je ne me sens pas à l'aise d'envoyer avec autre chose que mon mail. Par contre je peux joindre en cc et pour les signatures oui en tenant compte des exceptions
