Hi guild mates,

Here's a recap for anyone.

July Guild wide meeting

When: July 1st

Facilitator: Stephane

Space Usage

1) Trash Pickup

Email must be sent during

M-F from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturdays from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM to arrange for Sunday pickup.

*Note that there’s NO pick up on Saturdays.

What to do if the pickup was not done?

Please take a photo of what’s left behind and trash bags into 426 stairways so that we can avoid getting any citations.

2) Kitchen Usage/Fridge, Cleaning

There will be a few loomio posts coming up (Laundry, Fridge Clean up, Pet policy, etc... ) So, please stay on look out for those posts and participate as needed.

3) AC / Electricity / Locking up

Please make sure you are turning off the AC, Electricity and locking up the space. Do not let other people pickup after you.
