Yes, they should be able to recruit in the same way as any other job

they have always targeted. what they need to not do is make it seem glamorous and then put them through hell before dumping them back into civvy street with mental and physical issues not administered to, or even not believed in some cases.

Formaldehyde does ecological harm and is a risk to workers quite the wrong thing to do with an intensive method of fish production which is already harming coastal environments. One more throw of the dice for a non-sustainable industry.
