Good afternoon. The BTW task force has met once, with correspondence in-between. I have attended the IT meeting every Monday since the Zonal forum.
We presented our wish list for IT,
IT came back with task to be worked on by IT.
The BTW task force with compile together the information for each page. (Guidelines, contacts etc...) Thank you, Tom, for all your input, and work on this so far.
IT suggestions:
A separate section or page under the Resources tab of the WSZF website just for BTW

How does the BTW program work?
It would contain:
Description and directions
A general email that when used will broadcast to every email in the list below.
Separate anonymous emails of every BTW Area or Region that wishes to participate.
IT may need to help and create some of these if absolutely necessary, but many should have this in place.
A general repository for documents to include sections containing:
Various flyers to be given to prisons for posting inside
Original editable artwork rather than PDF so it can be customized
Agreement documents that inmates must sign in order to participate
