Explo Party
Planning for the Explo Paaaaarty woo
We have two rooms reserved already, so we got options. We have UU-102 from 6:00pm-11:00pm on Friday night, and UU-103 from noon-6:00pm on Saturday (though no one else has that room that whole day).
I would like us to come to a consensus on this and on the recording thing tonight so we can be explicit in tomorrow's email.
Friday night party

Right now, my thought goes to hosting this party Friday night, so that we give the members the option to record on Saturday if they so choose in an email. That means having it in UU-102 from 6:00pm on.
I'm going to Wegmans to buy food for the event (up to $50) tonight. We have leftover cups and plates from the semester show so that's good. We'll bring board games, and perhaps we can even show a video of the explo show on the projector. If people are willing to bring consoles/games, we can also bring copies of new super smash bros and use the TVs that are still sitting around in Rafuse. People who want to go to the house afterwards can come.
