Background: We have all agreed to use sociocracy, and an underpinning approach within that is consent based decision making. Again, this policy may no longer be needed once everyone is familiar with sociocracy, until then, this makes it really clear.
Policy 4: Consent Decision Making
The Permaculture Co-Lab uses consent decision making.
Consent decision making is a methodology with a specific meaning and practice. You can read a short summary about consent decision making and how to create and support an enabling decision making culture on the website [hyperlinks will be inserted when the resources are ready].

This helps to clarify for new people how we will make decisions - it is part of the sociocracy approach. We have effectively agreed this a few times previously - now it will be official!
