Sharing of email and phone lists with presidential campaigns

The Green Party Of the United States presidential nominating process is underway and there are multiple candidates that have received official recognition from the Presidential Campaign Support Committee.
Presidential campaigns that can raise a certain amount from each state can qualify for matching funds. They can only qualify for those funds during the primary.
Many of the phone numbers and emails in our current list come from GPUS sharing agreements, and sharing works best for everybody.
I would like to propose that we share our lists, free of charge to the presidential campaigns recognized by the GPUS PCSC under the agreement that they use it in compliance with Maryland Law, and that they share their lists of Maryland supporters with us.

The Maryland Green Party will share its database of Green registered voters, donors and supporters in Maryland with candidates who have been recognized by the GPUS Presidential Campaign Support Committee who are seeking the nomination for president by the Green Party of the United States. In return, presidential candidates will share their Maryland database with the Maryland Green Party.

I'm abstaining from discussion and voting on this issue since I am volunteering with the Hawkins campaign.

I lean toward disagreeing with this proposal. I am concerned about our members' confidence with the party's treatment of their data. I think that sharing data with nominees is different than sharing it with candidates seeking nominations. I am much more willing to support the former.
I understand that working toward matching funds is important. I believe we can find ways to help candidates win matching funds without giving them our members' data. I advocate the party sending frequent communication to our membership with information about all the recognized candidates, updates on their fundraising progress, links to their donations pages, etc. This way we can promote matching funds drives while still maintaining security of our members' data.
I appreciate this proposal but I lean toward voting no and helping the Presidential candidates in other ways.
