Approve meeting times for 12th Metro D.C. DSA Steering Committee

This is the proposed schedule for meeting times of the 12th Metro D.C. DSA Steering Committee. I propose that we meet every other Tuesday, starting next Tuesday, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. until the last meeting of this cohort on May 11, 2021. I also propose that we meet via Zoom until the pandemic is over, and then discuss when to meet in person and when to meet remotely.
