Essential stock list
I've called this an essential stock list because I couldn't come up with a smarter name. This was basically an idea of the last food-hub meeting, where we thought that it would be useful to create a list with the essential products we would like to always have in stock (eg. lentils, rice, tea or washing up liquid). This way, there would be a document to refer to whenever an order is placed and we could make sure that our basics are always in stock!
Another list could have other important products we would like to try to always have but that aren't that essential. What do you think?

This list could be used by people placing orders to make sure we always have the basics.

I think this would be useful especially if the regular orderers are away it gives a basic list of what's required. We can also guarantee popular items will be delivered weekly so we can tell that to customers if what they want is out of stock

make life and continuity with new orderers each year easier. We could put it under the food coop tab on the website - often people come to the shop and ask what we sell?

I like this list. But I still think we should also have a simpler version with the basic products we want to have in stock. Just to refer to when ordering, what do you think?

I started this list of 'special' products for students for cooperation that links to info which we should perhaps add to and put on the website- https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zO-7Wn7RoFQSptLUcpGmhCVZtD9qDpSZUJ1z0hDFKSM/edit?usp=sharing
