Thanks Mark, can you please clarify what you mean by Jeder's flow?

Hi Jason, great question, I am sure @Dee Brooks can unpack "Jeder's Flow" with a clearer explanation than myself. Could this be a re-envisage of how we create a flow, document a flow or redesign what a flow is? A deeper step into the abyss 🙂

Based on a bunch of previous discussions, we are wanting to "map" Jeder's energy and efforts and where they all lay, overlap and intersect! We've got a few diagrams already (see attached) and @Aleks Jovanovic has also developed one (see attached) and @fiona has agreed to help co-create a "harvest of energy" so, this is the first time we will be bringing this all together! WOOT!!!

Here's the updated version, with the Jedis/Pods/Teams split out, as suggested at a meeting - this is now being used in induction and will be added to the website soon!

I haven't had the convo with @Aleks Jovanovic yet to break down and finalise the internal facing one!
