Strategic Planning

During the 12/5/218 MGP-CC Meeting we discussed adopting a strategic planning process that will drive our 2019 goals.

This proposal will require us to adopt a series of SMART Goals for 2019.

A SMART goal is Specific , Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time Bound .
An example is "The Maryland Green Party will submit 17,500 signatures for Ballot Access petitions by August 1, 2018."

This proposal will enable/require us to:
begin the process of drafting Goals
Issue a request for proposals from members, candidates, and locals.
Submit all goals by Jan 25th
Vote on goals by feb 1
report on progress against goals in every meeting after voting on goals.
