Sounds definitely evoke so much in me!
I've recently moved over to Outlook from Apple emails and whilst I'm missing the "whoosh" sound of my emails leaving, now I get a different type of sound and I can't name it because it puts this song in my head EVERYTIME! https://youtu.be/XgJFqVvb2Ws
Luckily, I like the song, so I'm ok with it, for now... let's see if I'm screaming at the "ear worm" in a few months time! Haha!

Im doing a mix media sustainability module at the moment.. I'm loving it! This apple is a representation of our global impact and over population. This is the first stage.. I still have heaps to do. It'll be a video clip.. time-lapse.. as the apple ages and shrinks, I'll add more and more houses, neon signs and walkways. The end results will be really interesting! So this is what ive been working on over the Covid period. plus other projects too!

Wow! Your sculpture is so cool. Is it in a state of decay? Does this mean over time it will become compost? I am a big fan of apples too

Yep.. I'm trying to speed up the process lol.. its currently in an air tight container with 2 rotten bananas.. hopefully it works. The inhabitants of the apple will "suck the life" out of it (like humans are doing to Earth) and it'll end up shrivelled and rotten.. and probably piss off to another apple and do the same.. 😆

Do you journal using pen and paper? I've always felt pen to paper rather than haptic (digital) changes the flow of thoughts.

I like to record sounds, I'm fascinated by sound particles, things that are often taken for granted. This sound when listened to up close sounds almost as good as the 1969 hit or maybe that's just me.....
