Creating companies in many areas need huge investment, but software, especially services mostly need only human resources (a computer with internet connection for workers and a physical address for registration). We are exploring the possibility of creating such a company owned by its workers and has its workers interest as a priority as opposed to profits.

പിന്നെ നമുക്കെല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും നമ്മുടേതായ കഴിവുകളും പരിമിതികളുമുണ്ടു്. ഒന്നിച്ചു് നിന്നും പരിമിതികളെ അങ്ങോട്ടുമിങ്ങോട്ടും പറഞ്ഞു മനസ്സിലാക്കാനും പരിഹരിയ്ക്കാനും നമുക്കു് കഴിയണം.
We all have our own skills and limitations. We should stick together and overcome the limitations by helping each other.
നമ്മുടെ പരീക്ഷണങ്ങളും explorations (ഇത്തിന്റെ മലയാളം കിട്ടുന്നില്ല) ഉം നമുക്കുള്ളിലും രാഷ്ട്രീയ സാമൂഹിക വേദികളിലും മാത്രമൊതുങ്ങുകയും നമ്മളുടെ customers നു് നമ്മള്‍ വേറൊരു
കമ്പനിയായി മാത്രം കാണുന്ന ഈ ആശയം എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും ബോധ്യമുണ്ടെന്നു് വിചാരിയ്ക്കുന്നു.
Our experiments and explorations will remain among ourselves and our customers will see us as another company. I hope this idea is clear to all.
ഉണ്ണി പറഞ്ഞതു് പോലെ, എല്ലാവരും ഒരേ പടിയിലിരിയ്ക്കുമ്പോഴും ownership കൃത്യമാകാന്‍ ശ്രദ്ധിയ്ക്കണം.
As @krishnanunnipn told, we should be careful about ownership of tasks even when there is no hierarchy.
നമ്മുടെ പ്രധാന ലക്ഷ്യം സ്വതന്ത്ര സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയര്‍ പ്രചാരണമാണെന്നും അതിനൊപ്പം നമ്മുടെ
sustainence നുള്ള ഒരു വഴി കണ്ടെത്തുകയാണു് നമ്മള്‍ ചെയ്യുന്നതു്.
Our main goal is promoting Free Software and we are finding ways of sustaining ourselves doing that.
നമ്മള്‍ പണമുള്ളൊരു ക്ലയന്റിനു് വേണ്ടി പണി ചെയ്യുന്നതും സ്വതന്ത്ര സോഫ്റ്റ്‍വെയറില്‍ സംഭാവന ചെയ്യുന്നതും ഒരേ വിലയാണിടുന്നതു്.
We are considering work for a rich client and contributing to Free Software as having same value.
അതേ സമയം കമ്പനികളുടെ കയ്യില്‍ നിന്നും മാര്‍ക്കറ്റ് വില വാങ്ങിയ്ക്കുന്നതിലോ നമ്മുടെ പ്രൊഫൈല്‍ വില്‍ക്കുന്നതിലോ മടിയ്ക്കേണ്ടതില്ല.
At the same time, we don't have to shy away from charging market rate from clients or selling our profiles.

Also our focus is providing missing support for Free Software in the local market.
We will have lot of challenges, but providing a feedback loop to developers is also an important contribution.

When we form a cooperative on the basis of equal pay for all workers, we consider time and effort having same value irrespective of serving commercial entities or contributing to commons. So the challenge is finding similar minded people who are ready to be part of such a collective. Everyone will be working 4x6 hours as part of the collective either commercial projects or contributing to commons. We cross subsidies contribution from commercial projects. Rest of the time can be spent on people’s personal projects or passions.
