"Investing In Tomorrow" Grant; Due July 12

Hi!

Here’s what Libby said about meeting

“I'm out of town July 4-9, but I'm here and available tomorrow, Saturday (12-6), and maybe Monday(12-3) to meet. I will be in Arcata Monday.”

Please let me know asap about best meeting time. I’d like to get back to her by tomorrow morning about best time to meet. Monday in Arcata may be convenient, however meeting at Outer Space would mean no internet access, which perhaps would be handy for this time of thing. But maybe not, sitting down with Libby will likely be an wealth of information and good starting points.

Available meeting times are Tomorrow, Fri 6/30 between 12 and 6pm. Sat 7/1 between 12 and 6pm and maybe monday july 3 between 12 and 3pm. Please add your own time that is actually available for you if it is not at Noon.

I can't attend any of those times but can go to any grant writing subcommittee meetings/work parties after 5:30 M/F or after 2pm S-Sun

Saturday works for Alex N and Isadora. Monday works for Ryan and Sean.
Some more folks want to be the tie breakers?

Otherwise in a couple hours I’ll purpose either day/time to her and she can pick.

I think Saturday is the day to go for. Libby said "maybe" on Monday. The sooner we can get working on the grant the better job we can do it on before the deadline.

5/17 Papercut - total $129, house $69 +$1

REQUESTS – no new requests

Discussion of issues with booking shows too short notice,
especially during the summer months. There was concern over the booking of
Sightlines on 6/6, as there were already 5 shows booked in the surrounding 8
days. It does decided that the Sightlines show should not happen.

Rooms 4 Rent

Rooms should have a 3 month minimum. Small room rent is
$250, plus $10 bucks for wifi internet.

There are various groups possibly interested in the room, but
nothing confirmed.

Youth in Mind Room will be up for rent July 1st. We will try
to raise rent to $400.

Alex will check about Youth In Mind rent – if it has been
fully caught up and paid.

Cleaning Party 6/10 from 1-3pm

We will have a cleaning party during that time.

If people come to cleaning for full time, they get ½ off at
that nights show.

Beautification Committee – we’d like to start it up again
soon.
