We use Loomio for those things that ask for thoughtful conversation, and to make all decisions that affect the whole group, such as budgetary, people and office decisions. We aim to:

• Increase participation (including remote workers)

• Save precious time (dealing with admin and urgent decisions outside meetings)

• Keep a record (that's easily searched and exportable)
