North Carolina Gazetteer

Our goal is to help the people of North Carolina communicate about the places they live in, visit, and study. We will do this by designing, building, and maintaining place-based digital infrastructure for the UNC System and other public institutions of North Carolina. If we’re successful, the public infrastructure we create will enhance our ability to find, understand, share and remember the places we care about.
