* Review previous strategy work by board and summarise
* Carry out team leaders interviews
* Design staff wide survey

May:
* Carry out staff wide survey
* Share results of team leaders SWOT/SOAR with board

June:
* Share the results of the staff wide survey with the board
* Draft plan created incorporating board & staff input & circulated to board

July:
* Strategic plan presented to board for approval

Aug:
* Staff wide meeting/event to talk through strategic plan
* Training for managers about operational/annual planning to flow strategy to operational plans
