Co Operative Housing Project

UCLAN graduates often return home to leave once they have finished their degree courses. For some graduates this means that they are unable to take up offers of employment in Preston because they cannot afford rental properties. We want to develop a co-operative housing project that provides accommodation and support for young alumni, and which enables them to live and work in the city.
In collaboration with Community Gateway Association, we would like to explore the potential of this idea.
