Monitoring our people's well being
We know we have issues around work/life balance and, ultimately, well-being. The Best Companies survey clearly stated this. Well-being is one of our three key priorities the other two being efficiency and profitability.
However, until now we have had relatively few data points to spot negative (and positive) trends, make informed decisions and track success.
By using the time tracking tool we can make some progress toward a more data fuelled 'attack' on achieving the level of well-being we expect.
