M25 Career Track Hack - 3. progression PATH A: Head of eLearning
Head of eLearning/ Management - this is the path one might consider the natural, or straight progression of a Learning Technologist - you're still a learning technologist but you're now heading up a team of others and you're involved in strategic thinking and have to butt against other manager types at your institution. Such fun! :)
The PATH chapters should, I suggest, consist of at least 4 sections:
a) an introductory, descriptive section
b) paths (and actions) that (may) lead here
c) qualifications (essential and desirable)
