BIG - Deciding and developing the brand

We have agreed that BIG should be registered with the Electoral Commission as Bath & North East Somerset Independent Group - but we will need a brand, logo, strapline and campaign slogans to help us get our message across to the electorate. How do we go about agreeing these?
