I'm voting that we endorse this event. I'm voting this way because the chapter SocFem Caucus is already organizing for and will be the primary sponsor of this event. Additionally, the Women's March has moved considerably left in their policy agenda, with political priorities devoted to Medicare for All, abolishing ICE, and repealing right-to-work nationwide. Defunding the police also appears prominently on the Women's March website.

We have been asked to make a significant turnout push to build a socialist feminist bloc at Women's March by the Socialist Feminist caucus and I support this objective.

Agree with Peter's sentiment on supporting SocFem but there has to be a way we can do that without being a co-sponsor of, what I presume is a police-sanctioned, liberal event where we do not have a recruitment plan in place.

If I have my facts wrong, willing to change my vote.
