Great news. Following last night’s Steering group’s discussion on Zoom, I asked Mark Huband if he’d speak at our next Zoom Cafe on July 5th. I said talks are usually 5-10 mins but do we need a back up activity? I’ve pasted his response below. Would be good if we could really push this - Sally did an amazing job for Véronique and Wera.

I would love to participate in the 5 July Zoom chat – many thanks for asking me. Yes, it would be a good opportunity to explain the new ‘Bylines’ project, and to share ideas on where things are going more generally. With the 30 June date by then having been passed, discussion of the July-December focus would be very interesting. I can prepare a presentation, to be followed by a Q&A, if that would suit you.
Looking forward to chatting further.

By the way, everybody ‘Happy’ Anniversary! The Referendum was 4 years ago today.

Indeed. It was mentioned on Deutschland Funk this morning, but did anyone refer to the anniversary on the radio here? I feel like taking that BREXIT IS IT WORTH IT? banner for an outing, but perhaps it's still too soon. Can we plan an event for 23.06.2021 though?
