BBC negotiation

When: 11th Oct 2019
Where: Outside BBC Headquarters London
What: A people's assembly was held during a protest at the BBC, after negotiations revealed a meeting would not be granted till the following week. The assembly generated the following demands;

(Please note: the feedback from this assembly was recorded under challenging circumstances and tight time constraints. Problems with clarity should to accepted as a natural part of that process.)

*Someone from BBC (senior, union rep, etc) comes to acknowledge our presence and our demands here. Doesn't need to be live broadcast if it's too much.

*That our presence here is reported in the news today at prime time.

*That we will meet next week too and it will be broadcast by BBC and recorded by us to make sure footage is not misused.

*That the BBC declares a climate emergency.

*There have been negotiations since.
