Invest in Us Jedlets

The Hooman Jedi has been tasked with 2 projects to explore and make recommendations on as part of the wider Invest in Us proposal. These are:

A. Financial Systems - implementing existing recommendations (ie Welcome Fund, Fairness Proposal) to support new members joining Jeder, to ensure an equitable distribution of Admin Fee, undertake a cost benefit analysis of pro-rata options, etc

B. Human Resources & Administration - invest in our Administration system/process - this could be looking at a paid roles to ensure uniformity of information provided to members, Coaching, safe-space for Hooman related concerns, implementation of systems to streamline processes, etc
