git push access for Alessandro Pasotti
Alessandro is a member of the QGIS community since a long time. He is also quite active in the QGIS server codebase (python bindings, server tests, class refactoring). I'm therefore propose to give him git push access to the repo.

@timsutton Is there a function for who gets to vote? Or should that info just go into the description?

@anitagraser I don't think so - we could make separate loomio groups if that is not too cumbersome, or just mention who the vote is for in the description. Or let everyone vote and only count the eligible voters (complicated but always nice to see others ideas too). Personally I would like it of anyone can comment and discuss, but only the intended group can vote.

@anitagraser By the way it would be good when making a proposal to explicitly state whether it is a PSC, core dev org general community vote.
