New Feature: Hand over thread ownership

Especially in volunteer communities like ours, there is a very high turnover of people who can engage in holding responsibilities, and often these need to be transferred as people's plans and engagement change.
The ability to hand over or claim the ownership of a thread would be a very useful addition to our organizational agility.

I think your best bet for this kind of thing at the moment is to go to the memberships card, and choose a 'successor' to to make a coordinator of the thread (which is distinct from being the coordinator of a group). It won't change the picture of who made the thread, but it will give the person all of the admin-style rights like forking, editing context, deleting comments, etc.
