Recommendation: THE SPA PARACUELLOS DE JILOCA in Calatayud

This spa is exceptional, built in 1848, just 2 km from Calatayud. Its famous for the quality of its Sulphurous mineral waters. Sulphurous mineral waters have been traditionally used in medicine for a treatment for skin, respiratory, and musculoskeletal disorders. Although the smell is unpleasant. this disappears when you are in the spa facilities for a while. The smell is like rotten eggs.

In 2015 was open a Thermal Park with a natural lake, walks, gardens, relaxation areas... An ideal place to disconnect from the city!

CALAMARI WITH RED PEPPERS RECIPE

First, clean the squid. Then it is divided into squares.

Red peppers are also cut into squares.

Fry a little garlic and onion and remove from heat.

Start to fry the squid, then the peppers along with the garlic and onion.

It is presented with parsley leaves!

Very easy and delicious!
