Decision on 18th December 2025 for use of OC stipend budget of 1,000 GBP (2025) : 

The math: 

(1) 1,000 GBP divided by 7 people at the Dec. 18th meeting:  142.86 GBP / person 

(2) One person returns their portion to SC’s main budget 
1,000 GBP  - 142.86  = 857.14 

(3) One person returns their portion to the OC stipend budget, thus the remainder is divided among 5 people 
857 GBP divided by 5 people = 171.43 GBP 

FWG should expect a submission in Open Collective for 171.43 GBP from each of these OC members: Ammar, Melissa, Eduardo Merco., Dan, Caitlin.

Although the Finance Working Group no longer updates this thread, all expenses remain public on Open Collective.

While general budgeting decisions or annual budgets are approved by all members, individual members are invited to monitor all expenses using Open Collective, monitor the Finance Working Group, or join to help maintain transparency and accountability.

2024 CWG stipends subthread

Ok, well I assume it's already been paid, so let's inform the OC and make sure to do it right next time.

@caitlinwaddick So that would mean the expense from Andres, yes? Anything else?

I just re-read the Organizing Circle mandate. They are supposed to approve all un-budgeted expenses.

The OC met this week and revisited the discussion about stipends for OC members for 2024:

Here are the meeting minutes, at which we discussed stipends For An Hour.

Decision: "277.77 GBP will go to Eduardo, Caitlin, and Matt" and 166.66 GBP is unused and returns to the Social.Coop main budget.

Matt Noyes and Eduardo Merco will each submit 277.77 GBP, and since I submitted 200 GBP months ago, I will submit 77.77 now.
