No,they aren't. The last minute- task has not worked so far!

It would be great if all the students could answer these questions and post their answers using Twitter.

Sorry, I was away all day at a PDW and still on the way back home. I would suggest postponing the #slowchat until most of the teachers finish with the padlet.
I would like to create a class twitter account as it offers group features to work as a team.
I would also give more than a day to answer the questions. In fact, I think it would be bettet to have a week. Five continents and so many different timetables!
As not all the teachers seem to be on Twitter, they might need time to create an account.
It would be nice to create the slides or pictures of the questions before posting them. Let's say for example 5 questions together on a slide with the topic, hashtag and promote it. Afterwards, we could post each question one by one.
* I have to erase the whole sentence to correct the errors (on the phone I am), so...sorry.

I think one person has already posted one question on Twitter so maybe we should include it in our presentation.

Yes it was me the person who posted the first question and I asked students to create their personal twitter account. Most of them do not know twitter ( and this is a way to let them get in touch with this social). But a class group account is much better. The chat is slow, but a deadline for answering is necessary, because with so many people might become really messy. I would say:
- put our questions onto the doc. (proposals)
- choose the ones we want to use for the chat ( no more than 5)
- post 1 question on twitter every 2 days.
I meant to do this for the SDGs week, but it was a very last minute idea....not enough time to plan it carefully.

It seems the suggestion I posted yesterday was in the outerspace somewhere. I would extend the deadline to a week. Why? Because our timetables and holidays don't match. For example, I don't see my students every day and before asking them to answer a question, they might need a warm-up, so two days won't be enough. Another example, if we post one of the question on a Sunday (which could be the day we post the question) and we post it on 1st October, we have our first school break on 2nd-3rd October, so we won't be able to answer it. The same could happen to other schools with other dates. What I was suggesting was a kind of #superhyperslowchat to give time to teachers and students to become familiar with Twitter groups. https://grouptweet.com/ With this tool, he teacher can moderate posts etc.

Hi All, I am looking at all this but I don't know how far I can contribute since I am not a dab-hand with Twitter. I have had an account since it came out but have never used it. I had proposed making Twitter summaries which I had put on my presentation (uploaded onto Twinspace a few weeks ago) but it was intended for the end of the project, and not actually to be used with Twitter itself.
I will try, but please be patient with me.

Hello everybody, I'm not very good at using twitter. Moreover in my school using Twitter isn't allowed, I can ask my students to use it by themselves but I feel like having no control. Can you post the questions on twinspace forums too, I know it is slower than Twitter but it is the only social I can use in class with our new firewall! Sorry

Next week my students will be on vacation for twenty days. So, it will only be possible to have Skype sessions from October, 26th . For chatting here we have been using Whatsapp. Tweeter I will have to leanr how to use for groups.

We have been discussing the goals and we did an iniciative based on Good Health and Well Being. We promoted the Hug's Day and we invited a specialist to talk to our students about health and about the value of life. I am sending the first video about it. Later I send the other one.
