Approve Yvant Cooperative Limited's application to join CoTech

Hi folks.
Yvant Cooperative have applied to join CoTech. They're a newly formed co-operative society (rules). Over on the CoTech forum Tony describes Yvant:
We are brought together through friendship and a shared vision: helping to solve the climate crisis. But we also want to work differently. Democratically. Our values (openness, equality, transparency, fairness, purpose) seemed to align with the co-operative principles. So we started the journey. It has been a long but enlightening road to becoming a co-operative but we’re thrilled we’re finally here. It would be great to start sharing in a community like CoTech.
New applications to join CoTech are a member vote as per the constitution so I'll start a vote on this thread.

The Rules are soundly co-operative and they clearly work in the tech field served by CoTech.

Yavant have deregistered, https://mutuals.fca.org.uk/Search/Society/31091 so presumably no longer exist.
If you have an Objection, please say why and propose a change to the proposal that makes it safe.
Remember we are seeking consent for a ‘good enough’ decision that is 'safe to try', so we can make a good decision for our organization.
