Possible Chch project
Great to meet you guys last night. After the discussion I felt quite revved up to find an existing building that could be used as a collection of artists studios, homeless refuge, community and communications hub.

Justin it was terrific to hear your thoughts last night and it would be great to see this emerge and potentially incorporate it into the TEZA if it hasn't already occurred come October!!
